Description:

The Department of Applied Linguistics/ESL at Georgia State University invites applications for a tenure-track position (Assistant Professor) in Natural Language Processing to begin August 2020. The successful candidate will contribute to a growing department research expertise in computational linguistics and will have the opportunity to shape graduate and upper division undergraduate courses and seminars in Natural Language Processing, as well as supervise graduate research for M.A. and Ph.D. students. A Ph.D. in applied linguistics, linguistics, computer sciences, cognitive sciences or other related fields is required by date of hire.
