Support Description: The Linguistics department at New University of Lisbon, Portugal, Centro de Linguística da Universidade Nova de Lisboa (CLUNL) and the department of social sciences and humanities, Faculdade de Ciências Sociais e Humanas (FCSH/NOVA), is welcoming applications for 4 PhD positions for the period 2014-208 in the following areas:
- Psycholinguistics (Language Acquisition, Language Processing);
- Text Linguistics;
- Terminology and Lexicography.

The grant holders are admitted into the PhD programme, starting in October 2014. Funding is provided for 4 years with a monthly scholarship of 980 EUR, starting in the second semester of 2014/2015.
The three best students qualify for spending one semester abroad during the second or third year of the programme.

Requirements:
Applicants must hold an MA degree at the time of the application.

Applicants should submit their CV, a copy of their MA certificate and a working program, spelling out their research interests, a dissertation project (including state of the art and goals) to the following e-mail address:
