Abstract: Oggetto di vlautazione, nel corso dell'apprendimento della lingua italiana, è, tra le altre, la capacità di dedurre, nell'economia di un messaggio, quanto viene intenzionalmente o non intenzionalmente taciuto o segnalato soltanto in modo implicito. Sulla procedura 'cloze' nutrita appare la letteratura critica e numerose le porposte di integrazione e di variazione sul tema, molte delle quali traggono alimento dalla nozione di 'ridondanza' linguistica. Si tratta di test comunque alla ricerca di ulteriori, accurate verifiche.
