Title: Strategien von Lernern
Linguistic Field: Applied Linguistics
Abstract: Strategies can be applied by learners in a large variety of learning areas. They can be of productive or receptive nature. The scope of foreign language strategies comprises, among others, memory strategies, strategies of language use, affective and social strategies etc. The organisation of words in word fields or families can serve as an example for the use of memory strategies. The application of strategies can enable learners to learn more effectively and to be more motivated and independent.
