SUMMER STUDENT JOB AVAILABLE ( 3 months) The NEC Research Institute in Princeton, NJ has available a summer student position in natural language processing research. We are looking for a person to work on a multi-language, Principle and Parameters parsing system running on Sun SPARCstations. The position will start in late spring and end in late summer or early fall. The successful applicant will be an experienced Prolog programmer with a strong interest in natural language processing who will work on a variety of projects aimed at improving the efficiency of the system as well as adding new functionality. Extensive working knowledge of C and the UNIX operating system is also required. Applicants must show documentation of eligibility for employment.
