The University of New Hampshire’s Department of English invites applications for a full-time, one-year lectureship in Linguistics for the 2014-2015 academic year. We are seeking applicants with a background in linguistic theory, including an ability to teach syntax and/or phonology as well as lower division general linguistics courses such as Introduction to Linguistics and Intermediate Linguistic Analysis. The position has a 3-3 teaching load.
Successful candidates must have a Ph.D. in Linguistics in hand by September 1, 2014, along with evidence of effective teaching, especially at the undergraduate level.
