Subject: transcription device for verbal data

I was wondering if anyone knows of a transcription device for verbal
data that allows for indented transcription of dialgue/overlapping
data (and it would be just wonderful if it worked with Mac). I'm a
doctorate student at Munich University and I am researching
translation strategies from L1/L2 into L2/L3 of foreign language
students. Thank you very much,
