All papers will be double blindly peer-reviewed by three reviewers. The submission will take the following three steps: Step 1: The submission of one page abstract (no more than 300 words) Each paper should include a title, the author's name, affiliation, and email address, and a 300-word abstract. The abstract should be submitted for consideration by Feb. 28, 2009. The acceptance notification will be sent out by March 31, 2009.. Step 2: The submission of the Proceedings Material The following types of submissions are anticipated: Full paper: 10 pages Posters: 2 pages Panel proposals: 2 pages (The panel proposal should clearly outline the theme of the panel, its significance, expected outcomes, and at least five panel participants. Each panel will run for about one and half hours. Panel participants will have the possibility of submitting two-page papers for review process for the papers to be included in the conference proceedings.) Workshop: 2 pages (The workshop proposal should clearly outline the theme of the workshop, its emerging nature, expected outcomes, and at least five workshop participants. Each workshop will run for about two hours. Workshop participants will have the possibility of submitting two-page papers for review process for the papers to be included in the conference proceedings All Proceedings material should include a title, the author's name, affiliation, and email address, a 300-word abstract, key words, the main text and references. Submitted proceedings material should comprise not more than 13 pages and must be written in English or Chinese or Korean. Chinese or English papers should include an English title and abstract. The text should be single-spaced on an 8.5" x 11" format. The letter font and size should be 12-point Times New Roman. The paper should be written in MS-Word format. Accepted papers will be published in the proceedings, with the understanding that the author(s) should register.
