MatchTheChallenge, a new Web 2.0 startup currently in stealth mode, is seeking an NLP expert to help develop a vertical search engine. Our target customer base are people in specialized fields currently spending 2+ hours per day on complicated keyword searches that typically yield very low precision. For years, they have been wishing there was a better way. The project involves automated text analysis and knowledge extraction. The ideal candidate will have: - a solid background in NLP - extensive experience working with Perl - a deep understanding of regular expressions - Experience in Java and SQL is a plus.
